01 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following defined terms shall have the meanings set out below:

• "1winbet", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the operator of the 1winbet platform accessible at 1winbet.cam.
• "Platform" — refers to the 1winbet website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services, games, betting markets, and features offered thereon.
• "User", "you", "your" — refers to any natural person who registers for or uses a 1winbet account.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created on the Platform following successful registration and identity verification.
• "Wager" or "Bet" — refers to any amount of real money staked by a User on a sporting event, casino game, or any other wagering product offered on the Platform.
• "Balance" — refers to the PKR-denominated funds held in a User's account, comprising real-money deposits, winnings, and any qualifying bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to promotional credits awarded to a User subject to wagering requirements and conditions set out in the applicable bonus terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — refers to any country or territory from which access to or use of the Platform is restricted, blocked, or legally impermissible under applicable law.
• "KYC" — refers to Know Your Customer procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks conducted by 1winbet in accordance with its compliance obligations.
• "PKR" — refers to Pakistani Rupee, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.

02 Eligibility & Age Requirements

By registering an account with 1winbet, you expressly represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during use of the Platform.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online betting and casino gaming is not expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• You are not acting on behalf of any other person, and the account you register is solely for your personal use.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or director of 1winbet.
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion arrangement with 1winbet or any affiliated gaming operator.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

1winbet reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a copy of a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport, or other government-issued identity document. Accounts where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed will be suspended and any funds held pending resolution will be reviewed in accordance with applicable compliance procedures.

03 Account Registration & Verification

3.1 Registration

To access real-money features of the Platform, you must register a single account using accurate, complete, and current personal information. You agree to provide your legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number as registered with your JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank account. Providing false or misleading information at registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension, forfeiture of balances, and permanent banning from the Platform. If you discover a duplicate account has been opened in your name, you must notify 1winbet immediately at [email protected].

3.3 KYC Verification

1winbet operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) programme. You may be required to submit identity documents at any of the following stages:

• Upon first withdrawal request
• When cumulative deposits exceed specified thresholds
• When unusual account activity is detected
• At any time at 1winbet's sole discretion for compliance purposes

Accepted KYC documents include: valid CNIC, B-Form (for overseas Pakistanis), passport, or national identity document of your country of residence. Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of JazzCash account matching the registered mobile number) may also be required.

3.4 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password, PIN, or two-factor authentication codes with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account while your credentials are used — whether by you or another person — is your sole responsibility. You must notify 1winbet immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

04 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

1winbet currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Online Banking, UBL Internet Banking, Allied Bank, SadaPay, USDT (TRC20 network), and over-the-counter cash deposits at designated bank branches. Supported channels may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Conditions

• Minimum deposit: PKR 200 (two hundred Pakistani Rupees).
• All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Deposits are credited to your account balance in PKR. No currency conversion fee is applied to PKR deposits.
• 1winbet does not charge a deposit fee, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
• Deposits made via cryptocurrency (USDT TRC20) are converted to PKR at the prevailing mid-market rate at the time of on-chain confirmation.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

• Minimum withdrawal: PKR 500 (five hundred Pakistani Rupees).
• Withdrawals are processed exclusively to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless otherwise approved by the 1winbet compliance team.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to accounts verified as belonging to the registered 1winbet account holder.
• Standard withdrawal processing time is one (1) to twenty-four (24) hours for JazzCash and EasyPaisa; one (1) to three (3) business days for bank transfers.
• 1winbet reserves the right to request additional KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal.
• Active bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not withdrawable.

05 Betting Rules & Sportsbook Conditions

5.1 Bet Placement

All bets placed on the 1winbet platform are final once confirmed by the system. A bet confirmation screen and reference number will be displayed upon successful placement. It is your responsibility to verify all bet details — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming a wager. 1winbet will not reverse or amend a correctly placed bet on the basis of user error.

5.2 Odds & Market Suspensions

All displayed odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. 1winbet reserves the right to suspend any betting market at any time without notice — including during live in-play events — due to score updates, weather interruptions, player injuries, or operational requirements. Bets placed before a market suspension are honoured at the odds displayed at the time of confirmation, subject to the applicable result.

5.3 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void (and the stake returned to your balance) in the following circumstances:

• The event to which the bet relates is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled without a result being determined within the applicable settlement window.
• A palpable pricing error — defined as an obviously incorrect price materially different from the true market price — is identified and confirmed by the trading team.
• The bet was placed after the event or market had already concluded, due to a technical error.
• The bet involves an ineligible selection under the applicable sport rules (e.g., a player who did not take part in the match).

5.4 Maximum Payouts

Single-event and accumulator maximum payouts apply and are displayed within the bet slip at the time of placement. 1winbet reserves the right to limit maximum payout amounts per sport, market type, and event. Any winnings in excess of applicable limits will be adjusted to the maximum payout amount.

06 Bonuses, Promotions & Wagering Requirements

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers made available by 1winbet are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict, the specific offer terms take precedence.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, the following general wagering conditions apply to all bonus funds:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they — or any winnings derived from them — may be withdrawn as real money.
• Only bets placed on eligible games and markets count toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live casino games may contribute at a reduced rate. Sportsbook bets contribute only on qualifying markets at minimum odds of 1.70.
• The wagering requirement must be completed within the validity period stated in the offer. Unused bonus funds expire at the end of the validity period without compensation.
• 1winbet reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings if evidence of bonus abuse, collusion, or irregular betting patterns is detected.

6.3 Promotional Eligibility

Promotional offers are available to eligible registered users only. Users may not claim the same first-deposit or welcome bonus more than once. 1winbet reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion at its sole discretion, particularly where misuse or exploitation of promotional terms is suspected.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1winbet platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where appropriate:

• Registering or operating more than one account simultaneously or sequentially.
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction.
• Accessing the Platform while under the minimum age of 21 years.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or technical vulnerabilities — including but not limited to exploiting casino game errors to generate winnings beyond normal expected outcomes.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of corrupt or fraudulent activity in connection with events offered for betting on the Platform.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of a third party, accepting funds from a third party for the purpose of betting, or laundering proceeds of crime through the Platform.
• Engaging in charge-back requests via your payment provider after a legitimate deposit has been wagered, which constitutes fraud.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing 1winbet support staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code from the Platform or any of its constituent games.

08 Responsible Gaming

1winbet is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices. The following tools are available to all registered users within the Account Settings panel:

• Deposit Limits — set daily, weekly, or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits — restrict the maximum amount you can lose within a defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders — receive in-platform notifications after a set duration of continuous play.
• Reality Check — periodic on-screen reminders displaying your current session duration and net result.
• Self-Exclusion — voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (minimum 30 days) or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
• Account Cooling-Off Period — take a short break from the Platform for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days without permanent exclusion.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit 1winbet's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability which cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

12 Account Suspension & Termination

12.1 Termination by 1winbet

1winbet reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any user account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or match-fixing involvement.
• Receipt of a charge-back or dispute from a payment provider in connection with your account.
• Reasonable belief that your continued use of the Platform poses a legal, regulatory, or reputational risk to 1winbet.

12.2 Termination by User

You may close your 1winbet account at any time by submitting a closure request to the support team. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with standard withdrawal procedures. Real-money balances will be returned to your verified payment method. Active bonus funds will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

12.3 Effect of Termination
